Established in 1969, ICC provides data containing in-depth analysis on approximately 1.5 million British and Irish limited companies and unincorporated businesses as well as enhanced company financials and updated director & company secretary details. It is now one of the largest business information providers in the UK, with headquarters in Hampton, Middlesex and regional offices in London and Cardiff. ICC employs around 200 staff nationwide.

In 1991, ICC Information Group Ltd. was acquired by Hoppenstedt Bonnier Information NV – now known as the Bonnier AB – Scandinavia’s largest media publisher with a turnover in excess of £1 billion and over 5,000 employees. Bonnier formed a joint venture in 2005 with Ratos, a Nordic private equity firm. The partnership brought together Bonnier Business Information (BBI) and Infodata, an information company owned by Ratos. Ratos owns 80% and Bonnier AB 20% of the new group. This newly formed group has approximately 2,300 employees.
ICC Information Ltd is a provider of business-to-business information and an acknowledged authority in the field of private company information. ICC information is the only company of its kind to achieve both ISO9002 approval for data compilation and analysis and BSI-DISC PD0008 for the legal admissibility of electronically stored documents, and operates the largest online British company document image bank of its kind in Europe.
