The Disclosure database features a wide variety of company-related reports, with over 1.2 million in total. The history of these documents goes back consistently as far as 1997 and occasionally further back.
The Disclosure database can be searched by ticker, SEDOL, CUSIP, or company name for current filings. Searches for historical filings allow for users to select filing dates and documents types as well.
• The Disclosure Image Repository includes English and foreign-language company annual reports, interim reports, prospectuses, and general corporate filings. These documents can be downloaded as PDF files.
• The Disclosure SEC Edgar database features real-time and historical filings which are preformatted for downloading into word processing programs.
• Disclosure tearsheets are presentation-ready one-page summaries that provide a quick snapshot of a company's financial standing, including annual and quarterly financial data, salaries, earnings estimates, recent filings, and more.
