Dealogic was established in the UK in 1983 by Simon Hessel, Peter Ogden and Philip Hulme. In 1991 the Group acquired the assets of a US capital markets communications business headed up by Tom Fleming which provided the Group with an established customer base in the US securities industry.
Through carefully managed growth, Dealogic employs over 300 people and has offices in London, New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
The platform includes more than 40 products. The company has over 600 customers in more than 30 countries. Dealogic has long standing global relationships with major investment banks. This platform is used across a wide range of activities, from origination to completion of capital market transactions including marketing, bookbuilding, pricing and regulatory compliance.
Dealogic's product platform addresses two broad areas. Analytics provides an integrated research tool covering global capital markets and corporate finance activity. IB-RM (Investment Banking Relationship Management) provides a transaction and event management platform which includes DealManager, the global solution created from merging the Bookbuilder and SynDesk systems.
