The Owners Service reports gives a very clear visibility of who are the real owners (beneficial owners) and who effectively has control (fund managers), of UK public limited companies. Registration details are also displayed so that you can easily check the provenance of a holding. Analyses are undertaken to a threshold of 0.1% and 0.05% of a company’s issued share capital and updated on either a monthly or quarterly cycle.
